Punishment of the crime

1. On August 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on August 15, 2019, at the machinery room located in the second basement of the building C Dong-dong, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, the Defendant had an employee of fire-fighting in its concrete bearing wall 70 x 130 x 30 x 30 x 30 m (Ga x vertical length x thickness and unit cm) with a rectangular pattern.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the owners of the above building, including the victim D, in the amount of KRW 2,250,000.

2. On August 21, 2019, the Defendant, around 13:10 on August 21, 2019, had the employees cut off the unexplos in the market price established at the above shopping district management office in front of the entrance doors of the second underground floor of the above building C-dong.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim B building management office.

3. On August 24, 2019, the Defendant, around 10:20 on August 24, 2019 and around the entrance doors of the second basements underground of the above building C, the Defendant was required to cut off the unexploss of the market price, which were established by the above shopping district management office.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim B building management office.
