1. The Defendant’s KRW 27,456,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from December 1, 2014 to March 5, 2015.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. In full view of the overall purport of the pleadings, the following facts can be acknowledged in each statement of evidence Nos. 1 to 5.

1) On June 1, 2014, the Plaintiff is a goods supply contract under which the Plaintiff and the Defendant supply 2,40,000 won per unit (excluding value-added tax) for the place of manufacture, sale, skacks, and Do (hereinafter “instant contract”).

The Plaintiff concluded a tax invoice with respect to the method of payment under the above contract. The Defendant: (a) paid the last day of each month when the Plaintiff claims for the contract goods supplied by the Plaintiff to the Defendant from the 1st to the 15th day of each month by the 20th day of each month; and (b) agreed that the Defendant would pay the Plaintiff the 15th day of the following month if the Plaintiff sent the tax invoice to the Defendant by the 5th day of the following month with respect to the contract goods supplied by the Plaintiff from the 16th day of each month to the 15th day of the following month; (c) the Plaintiff supplied the clothing to the Defendant in accordance with the contract of this case; (d) ① the 8 supply price, 192,00 won, 192,00 won, 192,00 won, 2,112,000 won, 1920,000 won, 192,000 won, 214,3814.

B. According to the facts of recognition of Paragraph (a) above, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 27,456,00 (=2,112,00 won 21,120,224,000) and damages for delay at each rate of 20% per annum prescribed in the Civil Act from December 1, 2014 to March 5, 2015, which is the day following the date of final payment under the instant contract sought by the Plaintiff, which is the day following the date of delivery of the instant complaint, until March 5, 2015, and from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
