Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Public Official Election Act (Violation of the Act on the Prohibition of Contributions by Third Parties) is a person who resided in the North Korean village B, was commissioned as the Vice-Chairperson of the Residents' Self-Governing Council on January 15, 2020, and D was a preliminary candidate for the E-Gun F election conducted on April 15, 2020, and is an elected person of E-Gun.

No one shall make contributions or have another person make contributions to a candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) in connection with an election.

Nevertheless, in order to support Do preliminary candidates D in connection with E-Gun F Election G political party national competition boat implemented from March 7, 2020, the Defendant thought that the Defendant was to provide the local residents living in B with a gricker prior to the commencement of competition.

On March 5, 2020, at around 12:28, the Defendant stated “AD” in the “I Park cafeteria cafeteria” located in the former North-U.S. H, but it is obvious that it is a clerical error of “K,” and thus, the Defendant corrected and recognized it.

(Investigation Records No. 275, 283, 284). A total of 16 persons, including L, M, N,O, P, Q, R, S, T, U,V, W, X, and Y, provided 16 prisoners with a history of 22,00 won or more at the market price, such as morin, pos, pu, drinking water, drinking water, and air brea.

2.
