Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on November 14, 2012, and on February 22, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3,00,000 for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on February 22, 2013.

On December 27, 2017, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.075% among blood transfusion around 22:25, the Defendant driven a car of 200 meters Esch Rexton from the advanced district of the Gwangju Mine-gu to the roads front of the Gwangju Mine-gu located in the monthly direction of the Gwangju Mine-gu.
