1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on May 1, 2015 is limited to the automobiles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Article 208(3)3 (a) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts states on June 4, 2015 that the Plaintiff is liable to pay taxes and public charges (including fines for negligence) imposed by an administrative agency on the Plaintiff regarding the motor vehicles listed in the attached Table for the modification of the purport of the claim and the cause of the claim, but withdraws the above part of the claim on the first date for pleading of the instant case.

On the other hand, according to the records of this case, the plaintiff was only registered in the name of the plaintiff according to the title trust agreement with the defendant, and actually used and managed the above motor vehicle from the time of registration to the time of registration.
