A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2014, at around 19:20, the Defendant: (a) brought a dispute over the south of the fall market located in 600, Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) brought a boom with the victim C (50 years of age) and the vehicle obstruction; (c) boomed the victim’s boom; and (d) boomed the victim’s face and the part on the part of the victim’s face by hand and boom, etc., the Defendant dumpeded the victim for about six weeks of treatment.
