1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 66,00,000 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from August 23, 2017 to the date of full payment.

On June 16, 2016, the Plaintiff indicated the claim that the Defendant Company A (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) leased the second floor building ( approximately KRW 65 square meters) located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as KRW 11,100,000 per month (including value-added tax). At the time, Defendant B guaranteed the Defendant Company’s obligation under the above lease agreement. The Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 66,00,000 in total the unpaid rent by January 22, 2017.
