Punishment of the crime
From January 2, 2011 to March 14, 2013, the Defendant, who was in charge of the duties of the head office at the “C New Forest Agency” as the representative of B from January 2, 201 to March 14, 2013, has been operating the “E” under the name of the Defendant’s wife, as a person who was in charge of the management of affairs and the management of transaction partners. When the above E requests the management of the home-based service (collection and delivery) at the Fro branch, which is the head office of the C New Forest Agency, and deposits the payment, the C New Forest Agency directly performed the home-based service and conducted business in the form of receiving the fee from the Fro branch.
In order to avoid the obligation to pay the cost of selective distribution to Fro points in February 2013, the Defendant was able to forge the receipt of the cost of selective distribution with the content that B, the representative of Frops, received the cost of selective distribution in lieu of the amount equivalent to KRW 19,005,90 from February 2013, which was to be paid to Fro points by the Defendant.

After that, around 10:00 on April 15, 2013, the Defendant submitted 1 copy of the receipt for the payment of the forged selective distribution cost to I from the third floor of H building in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “Fro Branch.”
