Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor, rape, etc. under the age of 13) at the Busan High Court on December 21, 2010 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gansan District Court on November 29, 2012, and on May 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Probation and Electronic Monitoring, etc. of Specific Offenders at the Ulsan District Court on May 16, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ulsan District on November 26, 2013.

B. The Defendant’s violation of the matters to be observed by a person with an electronic device attached (hereinafter “person wearing an electronic device”) is related to violent cases after drinking alcohol over five times in total, on five occasions, from the Ulsan Probation Office.
