A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who cultivates a ginseng dry field under the lower part of the paddy-gun C dry field cultivated by the victim B (70 years of age).

1. At around 14:50 on May 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim’s dry field located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, with a attitude that the Defendant, as the victim did not properly set a embankment in the dry field of the victim, did not cause water damage to the victim; (b) caused the victim’s loss to his/her hand on the ground that the victim did not correct it; and (c) threatened the victim, stating that “I will throw away the victim from being dead. I will throw away him/her away from being dead; and (d) assaulted by destroying the victim’s spath.”

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. After assaulting the victim at the time and place under the above paragraph (1) above, the injured defendant moved his place to the ginseng dry field near the defendant's ginseng site, and moved the victim's breath to the victim's breath, and boomed the victim's breath on the part of the victim's head, such as the victim who boomed the victim's breath, and boomed the victim's head over the floor, and caused injury to the victim's right side, breath, left part of the victim's head, and boomed the victim's head for about fourteen days.
