Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2016, around 23:20 on February 10, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-wing press car with approximately 5m alcohol content 0.215% while under the influence of alcohol in blood in the parking lot for the 28-roman apartment buildings in Gangnam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.
