Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
Since the selection of evidence and the recognition of facts belong to the exclusive authority of the fact-finding court unless they exceed the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below and the first instance court, the court below's judgment that found the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case for reasons as stated in its holding is just
In so determining, the lower court did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations and by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
