On October 15, 2014, around 15:30 on October 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) taken the head of the victim’s head with his hand on the ground that the victim D (13 years of age) who orders food together with daily behaviors is slick; and (b) assaulted the victim by 2 and 3 times on the ground that the victim’s head is slick.
