A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The accused committed the following crimes under the state that the accused lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the editing and modern illness, etc.
[2013 Height1439] On March 22, 2013, the Defendant conducted one person’s demonstration by illegally installing a banner on the front side of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C on the front side.
Accordingly, the Defendant reported 112 and sent D(36 years of age) to D’s defect in order to remove the banner installed by the Defendant, the Defendant expressed D’s desire to “as much as he received spacks, spacks, and spacks” to “as soon as he received spacks, spacks, and spacks D’s body with two descendants.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning D's on-site visit work, which is a police officer.
[2013 Highest 3171] On May 3, 2013, the Defendant 14:05: (a) placed a banner containing the words “F homicides” in front of the former president’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul; and (b) “Woos” in front of the former president’s house; and (c) avoided a disturbance with the large amount of “brus frings, brus are murdered; and (d) placed a banner from the police officer belonging to the Seoul Gangnam Police Station, which received 112 report and called “Woos”; (c) placed I’s chest in front of the former president’s house located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (d) whether I was able to take a banner from the police officer belonging to the Gangnam Police Station in front of Seoul; and (e) whether I was able to have his face spawn with nearby penal police officers under the law, such as spawn if I were spawn.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the maintenance of public order.
