A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On April 2, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months by force at the Seoul Western District Court for an indecent act, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 4, 2015.

[2] On March 4, 2015, the Defendant, along with C, lent the name of the representative director to F while operating “A” in Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building 203, and received a request for change of the representative director from F due to value added tax issues, the Defendant: (a) obtained G’s seal imprint certificate, resident registration certificate, copy of resident registration, and copy of driver’s license while displaying the name of the new representative director; and (b) decided to change the representative director of E’s corporate registry and business registration from F to G.

One part G is a personal seal certificate, a certified copy of resident registration, a driver's license, etc. issued to a person under the name of the deceased (title H) who wishes to identify his/her own loan around May 13, 2015, but is notified that it is difficult to lend due to bad credit standing, and the certificate, etc. of personal seal is delivered to the defendant, etc. by reason of bad credit standing.

On May 26, 2015, the Defendant requested, through C, I to change the representative director of the E-corporation registry to G from F to G, and I accepted it.

As such, the Defendant conspired with C and I to complete the registration of change of the representative director of the registry by forging the letter of appointment of the representative director, power of attorney, and seal registration statement in G name without obtaining the consent of the appointment of the representative director of E from G.

1. On May 26, 2015, the Defendant of a private document forgery: (a) at the “K Certified Judicial Scriveners Office” office located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, the head of the office, I, the head of the office, using the computer, was appointed as a director at a temporary general meeting of shareholders on February 26, 2015; and (b) accepted the appointment.

2. The principal has been appointed as the representative director on February 26, 2015 at a temporary general meeting of shareholders, and his/her inauguration.
