1. Defendant A, H, and I’s co-principal, Defendant A, H, and I were residing in the real estate market price and purchased real estate without collateral value in the first place under the name of “B,” and subsequently, Defendant A, H, and I conspired to acquire the said real estate by deceiving the victims as if the tenants did not have any collateral, with the presentation of the details of the forged transfer household inspection.

On November 11, 2014, according to the above public offering relating to the Victim J, Defendant A instructed H to recruit the nominal owner of H, and H introduced I, the nominal owner of H, to Defendant A, and I purchased real estate in his name as the nominal owner.

1) On November 2014, Defendant A, H, and I prepared the content of the transfer household inspection by deleting the transfer household content recorded in the details of the transfer household inspection in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K 402, which was issued through I at the French site. Accordingly, Defendant A, in collusion with H and I, changed the content of the transfer household inspection, which is an official document, for the purpose of exercising the foregoing. (ii) Defendant A, H, I, and H around November 11, 2014, Defendant A and H issued the modified content to I, and I issued the modified content of the transfer household inspection to J, as seen above, and I issued the said content of the transfer household inspection at the Sungsung Loan Loan Office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, as if he were aware of such alteration.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to use the altered official document.

3. On November 11, 2014, Defendant A and H contact that the above real estate sales contract needs to be provided as security from I to borrow money, and the above real estate sales contract needs to be made in the column for indication of real estate by using an inspection tool in the form of a real estate sales contract prepared in advance at the trade in the trade in French coffee shop near the Taesung Loan Brokerage Office.
