A Imprisonment for 10 months, each of the defendants B, C, and D shall be punished by imprisonment for 8 months.

However, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2015, the Defendants knew of the fact that the Victim G and the victim H et al. were making a gambling at a gambling place, Defendant A entered the gambling place, and took the equipment for fraud. Defendant C was next to it, and contacted Defendant B and Defendant D by taking the equipment for fraud from Defendant A, and Defendant B and Defendant D by waiting in the vicinity of the gambling place, and the contact between Defendant C and Defendant C was made by entering the gambling place and leaving the gambling place, and the contact between Defendant C and Defendant C was made.

이에 따라 피고인들은 2015. 10. 15. 23:40 경 강원 정선군 I 건물 904호에서, 피고인 A은 피해자 G, 피해자 H과 함께 도박( 속칭 도리 짓고땡) 을 하던 중 피해자 H이 손목에 착용하고 있던 사기도 박 장비인 팔찌를 빼앗고, 피고인 C은 부근 주차장에서 대기 중이 던 피고인 B에게 연락하고, 피고인 B과 피고인 D은 위 연락을 받고 도박 장소에 도착한 후, 피고인 D은 피해자 H의 다리를 걸어 넘어뜨린 다음 피해자 H의 멱살을 잡으며 머리를 수회 때리고, 방 안에 있던 소주병을 손에 들고 피해자들을 위협하고, 피고인 B은 피해자들에게 욕설을 하며 ‘ 돈을 꺼 내 놓지 않으면 가만히 안 두겠다’ 는 취지로 말하는 등 위세를 과시하여, 이에 겁을 먹은 피해자 H으로부터 현금 650만 원을, 같은 피해자 G으로부터 현금 450만 원을 각 교부 받았다.
