Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2012, from around 23:20 to 23:55 on the same day, the Defendant committed an act at the entrance of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “Boman Bank”, and on the ground that the Defendant refused to enter the said singing room over several occasions on the ground that the Defendant refused to do so, the Defendant sent the victim C with an expression “I am well, regardless of where I am, I am well, and I am well, I will be able to continue to perform a funeral.”

In the end, the Defendant, by force, interfered with the singinging business of a large volume victim for 25 minutes.
