According to the facts acknowledged, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay 45,654,571 won (the amount of subrogated payment KRW 44,064,391 plus KRW 1,505,300 plus KRW 84,880) and the balance of subrogated payment KRW 44,064,391, as the Plaintiff seeks, 12% per annum from April 22, 2013 to January 31, 2016 and 10% per annum from February 1, 2016 to October 13, 2016, the final delivery date of the complaint in this case, and from October 14, 2016 to the day of full payment.
