Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to capture fireworks in a specific sea area in the Yellow Sea shall obtain allocation of fireworks from the Incheon Metropolitan City Mayor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, the owner and the captain of B (7.93 tons, coastal traffic, and cargo at the time of rupture) captureed approximately 1.5 boxes (30km) in the west Sea at around 05:00 on August 29, 2015, while the Defendant was not allocated a fireworks share from the Incheon Metropolitan City Mayor at the specific sea area (37.7 6 seconds in North Korea and 125.37 4 seconds in east 2005).
