1. On the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant),

A. Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) B: (a) KRW 74,00,000; and (b) from May 16, 2015 to October 2016.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

Basic Facts

The plaintiff, such as the status of the parties, is running a business related to clothes and electronic commerce (class) in the name of "E" in the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D market.

Defendant B carries out a business related to the category of export/import intermediation (clater and fiber) with the trade name “H (H; hereinafter referred to as “H”) in Gtel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant C is in office as a captain of H.

On July 2014, the Plaintiff was supplied with original hampers manufactured in China, and sought a plan to sell them as the hamps clothes in Korea on July 2014, and sought to read goods suppliers, such as the hampers. On the introduction of I, the Plaintiff consulted on the conclusion of a contract to supply goods to be supplied with the Defendants by purchasing original hamps, which are raw materials, from the hackd Company, and by manufacturing original hampers in China.
