A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, Defendant, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I offered an office in Cambodia to build an Internet server on the Internet from a person called the “J” and set up an office on the Internet illegal sports gambling site, such as K, L, M, etc. to participate in gambling for an unspecified number of users via the Internet, and then receive monthly salary every month by accepting the proposal to participate in the operation of the Internet illegal sports gambling site such as K, L, F, F, C, and the Defendant, H, I, D, F, C, and G play a role in solving the contents of the user’s inquiries at the above gambling site office, and offered to operate the Internet illegal sports gambling site.

B From December 6, 2015 to February 1, 2018, C, from February 4, 2016 to February 7, 2018, D, from June 13, 2016 to February 7, 2018, E, from June 13, 2016 to February 7, 2018, from June 14, 2016 to February 7, 2018, F, from January 1, 2017 to February 7, 2018, to the above online-based users’ deposit in cash, and from May 25, 2017 to February 27, 2018, the Defendant provided the said online-based deposit account to the said users, and from May 22, 2017 to July 2017, 208, to the said online-based deposit account.
