A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 26, 2013, at around 23:25, the Defendant damaged the damage of property by leaving the victim F, who was a day to arrive after being contacted by E at the place specified in paragraph (1), in order for the Defendant to cover approximately KRW 400,000 for repair costs by putting the window of G Lone Star car owned by the Defendant, i.e., the Defendant, “N. N. N. L.W. L.W. L.W. L.W. L.W.W.”
