A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a representative director of K (ju) in Daejeon Pung-guJ, and a person who has employed 32 full-time workers and operated a construction business.

"2013 Highest 2384" Defendant is working in the above company from April 3, 2008 to June 1, 2012, and is working in the above company around June 2012.

L Retirement pay 16,295,413 won of L's retirement pay is not paid within 14 days from the date of the retirement without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, and is employed in the above company as shown in No. 1, 2, 4, and 6 of the annexed List of Crimes.

The retirement allowance of four retired workers was not paid KRW 7,818,18 in total within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

"2013 Highest 2830" Defendant has worked in the above company from February 14, 2012 to March 29, 2013 at the above workplace around June 2012.

M's retirement pay of 3,040,420 won of retirement pay of Ma was not paid within 14 days from the date of the retirement without an agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties concerned, and is employed in the above company as shown in the attached list of crimes Nos. 1 through 6, 8, 9.

The retirement allowance of eight retired workers was not paid 8,134,830 won in total within 14 days from the date of the retirement without an agreement on the extension of the payment date between the parties concerned.

"2013 Highest 3297" Defendant shall work at the above company's workplace around April 2013 and from May 1, 2009 to April 15, 2013.

The retirement pay of 11,092,602 won of the retired N's retirement pay shall not be paid within 14 days from the date of the retirement without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, and shall work in the above company as described in the attached Table 1 and 3 No. 3.

The retirement allowance of two retired workers was not paid 14,259,496 won in total within 14 days from the date of the retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
