If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:00 on April 12, 2013, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 100 meters of alcohol level from the front road of the House C located in Gangwon-gun, which was under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.179% during blood, to the front road of the Dong-dong Gyeong-gun located in the same Ri.
