Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 67,281,079 and the amount of subrogated payment of KRW 66,93,560 from March 4, 2014, which is the date of subrogated payment, to April 18, 2015, the service date of the original copy of the instant payment order, 12% per annum, which is the rate of contractual damages, and 20% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of repayment.
