A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Changwon District Court’s Tongwon District Court’s Tongwon District Court’s Tongwon District Court’s branch branch on August 13, 201, sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Changwon District Court’s branch on August 13, 201, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in its branch branch on September 14,

At around 22:30 on April 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking one hand with the victim’s possession of cash 140,000 won; and (b) one gate equivalent to KRW 100,000,000 in the market price, which is located in a warehouse where the victim’s crepits the victim’s crepit; and (c) committed a theft by taking one hand from the market price.
