All appeals by the defendant and the prosecutor are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The sentence imposed by the lower court (four years of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

B. The above sentence declared by the prosecutor by the court below is too unhued and unreasonable.

2. The lower court determined that the Defendant committed each of the crimes of this case in favor of the Defendant, including the fact that the Defendant led to the confession and reflect of all of the crimes of this case, the Defendant did not gain any benefit obtained by the Defendant in the event of robbery, and that the degree of injury inflicted upon the victim was not relatively much severe, and that the Defendant appears to have grown without being sufficiently examined in the family environment. The Defendant committed each of the crimes of this case in favor of the Defendant, even though he had been sentenced twice as a larceny crime, not less than four months from the expiration date of the parole period, and the Defendant committed the larceny since not more than four months from the expiration date of the parole period. The Defendant committed the larceny crime in order to raise gambling money, and led to the robbery, and the method of the crime was actively and heavily developed, and the injury was committed, and the injury was not supported by the victims. The lower court determined the sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for all the years as to the Defendant after considering the circumstances revealed by the lower court.

In full view of the factors and sentencing criteria as shown in the sentencing review process of the lower court, the lower court’s judgment exceeded the reasonable bounds of its discretion.

The reason for the improper sentencing alleged by the defendant and the prosecutor is the circumstances that the court below had already taken into account while determining the punishment, and the court's decision on the sentencing is too excessive even if it is considered as the material that is the conditions for the sentencing up to the trial process of sentencing in this court.
