1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. On July 17, 2009, Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) entered into a contract with the Gyeonggi-do Construction Headquarters to remove the “former F” connecting C with D and Gyeonggi E, and to build the “New F” next thereto, and entered into a contract with the Defendant B on November 22, 2010, Defendant B entered into a contract with the said Corporation for the dismantling of the “former F” in the foregoing construction.

On the other hand, the Gyeonggi-do Construction Headquarters entered into a contract with Leesan, Inc. to assign responsible supervision services to the former Fre new construction works to Leesan, Inc.

on October 1, 2013, Sung Frang entered into a contract with Hahytech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Hahytech”) under which the Plaintiff engaged in construction business, etc. under the name of “G” on the same day, to transport the upper board, etc. of the former Frang, which is dismantled and removed in accordance with the dismantling work, to the former Frang (a simplified wharf facility that is unloaded and unloaded by a small-sized vessel, such as a barge).

On February 15, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the barge H (hereinafter “instant barge”) and tugboat I (hereinafter “instant tugboat”) from Defendant Squarevivia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Square”), respectively, to work at the former temporary site on behalf of the Korean Square Co., Ltd.; and (b) drafted the “Contract for Use of Water Equipment”.

Since then, in order to transport the former F Markets, the Plaintiff: (a) around October 2013, leased the instant tugboat at KRW 8 million per month, including the use relation to the captain of the instant tugboat from Defendant Square to J; and (b) the instant barge at KRW 10 million per month, including the use relation to the captain of the instant tugboat, from Defendant Square. The remainder is the same.
