Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding six million won.
Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of four million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court, and on October 23, 2014, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and a suspended sentence of two years.
On August 31, 2015, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a BEX car in the section of about 100 meters from the front day of the Si-U.S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si
