If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2013, at around 17:40, the Defendant driven a BFD car from the emulging parking lot near the Mancheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu to the front road of about 427 meters from the same emulging-ro.
