The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On February 4, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face on the hand floor on the ground that the victim D(55 years of age) was able to drink while drinking in the C restaurant “C restaurant” in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, on the ground that the victim D(55 years of age) was able to speak and take a bath.

2. Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act applicable to the facts charged of judgment: The judgment dismissing a public prosecution on the submission of a written agreement that expresses the victim's intention not to punish him/her after a public prosecution is instituted (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
