A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

While supporting Pyeongtaek C, the Defendant reported the so-called State Council case of C and D through broadcasting, Internet, etc., and posted many comments on motion of impeachment and opposition thereto.
