On August 27, 2013, at around 00:05, the Defendant driven approximately 2 km prior to the 109-dong Hansung University located in Mansung-gu, Daegu-dong, the freight vehicle B, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.171% of the blood alcohol concentration.
