A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00, around Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) became a taxi engineer and Si guard due to the cab rate while under the influence of alcohol; and (c) the background leading up to the D District of the Seo-gu Police Station of Gwangju, which received the report of the above 112 from the above cab driver, and (d) the Defendant arrived at the same place.
