Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury, etc. at Seoul Southern District Court on January 11, 2019, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 10, 2019.

【2019 order 6717】

1. On December 23, 2019, the Defendant entered the “D head” operated by the victim C in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on December 23:30, 2019, and the Defendant ordered drinking and food as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol, food, etc., and then acquired it by deceiving the victim with the beer and beer in an aggregate amount of KRW 34,00 in the market price.

1. On March 10, 2020, at around 02:30, the Defendant entered the “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and even if he did not have any money, he did so despite having no intention or ability to pay the said money, and the Defendant ordered an employee H to pay the said money, and he received and fraudulently acquired 7,500 won (i.e., bean brea) and so forth.

2. The Defendant interfered with business, without any justifiable reason, committed a disturbance, such as the large sound of the above H, etc. over about twenty minutes in the state of alcohol, at the time, place, and while under the influence of alcohol, thereby preventing the said H, etc. from responding to the customer’s request properly, and hindering the victim’s business concerning the restaurant business by force.
