Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From January 1, 2007 to September 11, 2009, the Defendant is a person who served as an executive officer of the Seongbuk-gun Audio Group D Family Association.

On March 23, 2009, the Defendant received proposals from an incorporated farming association of the Sound-gun Auds Association to invite livestock excreta disposal facilities to the above village as part of a joint livestock excreta business, and participated in a project explanation meeting held by the said corporation and other areas, and agreed to attract livestock excreta at the village executives' meeting held on April 23, 2009.

On the other hand, around April 25, 2009, the Defendant requested the Defendant to sign and affix his seal on the “First Agreement” in which the details related thereto are stated, and delegated the Defendant’s signature and seal to the said victim, upon receiving KRW 500,000,00,000 from the victim E of the village head in relation to the attraction of livestock excreta treatment facilities from the victim E at the time.

On August 7, 2009, the Defendant was willing to be exempted from responsibility for concealment of the fact that he consented to the inducement of livestock excreta facilities by village officers who agreed to the initial inducement of livestock excreta facilities after the visit to livestock excreta facilities, which are livestock excreta treatment facilities implemented by village residents on August 7, 2009.

Accordingly, for the purpose of having the above victim subject to criminal punishment, the defendant did not have a single agreement with the public service center of the voice police station located in the voice-raising Eup in Chungcheongbuk-gun on August 24, 2010 to the effect that the defendant agreed on the inducement of livestock excreta facilities concluded on April 27, 2009 between an incorporated farming association corporation of the Sound-gun Capital Association and the D Village Officers Association, and delegated the above victim to sign and affix seals.
