Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 07:00 on September 20, 2017, the Defendant made a patently obscene act, such as making the victim C’s back at the bus stops B in Gyeyang-gu, Hongyang-gu, Hongyang-gu, 2017, continuing to follow the back of the victim C, and taking the sexual organ out of the past.

In full view of the Defendant’s age, occupation, existence of the record of punishment for sex crimes, the details of the instant crime, the method and consequence of the crime, seriousness of the crime, etc., the lower court did not issue an employment restriction order to the Defendant on the ground that there are special circumstances that the risk of recidivism is significantly low or the employment should not be restricted pursuant to the proviso to Article 56(1) of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse.
