A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 311"
1. At around 15:00 on October 2013, the Defendant: (a) infringed upon the victim E-dong 102, the victim D, a house located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) invaded by a method of opening a window that is not locked by a cresh of the surrounding surveillance; and (c) cut off one 18K thm in the market value of the victim’s ownership on the cremation site at the same time; and (d) 40,000 won in cash on the victim’s ownership on the cremation site at the same time.
From October 2013 to November 5, 2013, the Defendant, including this, stolen another’s property worth KRW 4,240,000, in total, by intrusion upon another’s residence over three occasions, as indicated in attached Table 1 to 3 attached hereto, from around 2013 to around 2013.
2. At night, around 02:00 on March 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 212-202-dong 202, the house of the victim G located in Changwon Mapo-si F, Changwon-si; (b) invaded into the victim’s house and opened a locked window using the cresh in which the victim is locked; and (c) stolen 100,000 won of a cashier’s check and a wall containing one million won in cash on the part of the victim’s wall located on the spawn.
The Defendant, including that, on November 17, 2013, from around March 16, 2014 to around March 16, 2014, invaded upon another’s residence at night over five times, and stolen another’s property worth KRW 4,256,000.

1. On November 12, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime, around 20:00 on November 12, 2013, on the first floor of the first floor 103 victim I, located at the window H of Changwon-si, and invaded the victim I’s house at the seat of the victim I, and stolen approximately KRW 200,000 won, which is the victim’s possession on the front section of the front section, to which the victim was placed on the front section of the front section.
2. On November 23, 2013, the Defendant, at around 01:00 on November 23, 2013, went into the house of the Victim K located in the J apartment of Changwon-si, and went into the house of the Victim K, and placed on the deposit of the cell.
