1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

Punishment of the crime

On April 17, 2017, at around 12:25, the Defendant, a person operating K3 car driving service, proceeded to turn to the left at the entrance of the apartment, i.e., B from the front of the D convenience store located in Busan-gun C, to the front of the D convenience store located in Busan-gun C, at the front of the fire station in the direction.
