1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On March 26, 2001, Plaintiff A entered into a contract on the use of facilities with the Defendant for the first floor, direct, and shellfish 11 (hereinafter “11 store”) of the fishery Dong in Ansan-si (hereinafter “instant market”), and sublet the said store to E. On July 25, 2012, pursuant to Article 25 of the Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products (hereinafter “Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products Act”), the Defendant announced restricted recruitment of intermediate wholesalers of fishery products with the following contents.
