Punishment of the crime

Defendant B of the 2017 Highest 1451 is a person operating a coffee shop with the trade name “C,” and D is a representative director of “E”, a game machine manufacturing and distribution company.

No person shall provide information on the distribution or use of a game product which has not been classified for the purpose of distribution or use, or display or store it for such purpose.

B From January 2017 to February 10:16, 2017, the Defendant’s “C” coffee shop run by the Sungnam-si branch of Sungnam-si, and the Defendant’s 5 unit of “H” game machine, which was not rated above the G convenience store in the above coffee shop, was installed and provided for unspecified number of people to use game water.

As a result, the Defendant provided game water that was not rated for use.

The 2017 Highest 1670 "D" holds 65% of the shares of the above company as a director of "I" and "E in-house company, which is a manufacturing company of H". The J as the above D's partner, has 35% of the shares of the above D, E is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing self-reader software, etc., and the defendant A is a manager of "M 3 points", which is the fact that the defendant A is extracted from a person operated by "M 3 points", a corporation with the first floor L of the 1st floor of the Changsi-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City K building.

No one shall provide game water not classified by the Game Water Management Committee for distribution or use, or display or store for such purposes.

1. Defendant A, in collusion with D and J, extracted from November 19, 2016 to December 8, 2016, Defendant A’s “M” type of “M” type managed by Defendant A with the first floor of the K building in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, which was not classified by the Game Water Management Committee, provided a large number of unspecified customers who installed the H game machine 28 unit and found it.
