Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 15, 2019, the Defendant entered into an agreement with the victim B regarding the victim B, via the Internet and telephone, to set the 60-month period, the monthly siren 48,900 won as to the victim’s 's shot beamline from the victim’s “LG TV sets sets” owned by the victim, and to set the victim’s 's 'LG cleaner’ as KRW 48 months, monthly siren 44,900 as to the victim’s 's 'LG cleaner’, and received each of the above products from the victim’s - around the 20th of the same month.

However, in fact, the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay the rental fee normally because there was no particular property or income, such as the Defendant, from the beginning, was thought to prepare money by disposing of the said products to another person, and failed to repay the loan in an absence of occupation.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained the delivery of the above product amounting to 5,089,200 won at the market price from the victim.

2. On December 3, 2019, the Defendant entered into a siren agreement with a staff member in charge of the victim E and the victim’s “LG code radio cleaning equipment A9 waterbox” at an Internet and telephone at an insular location on December 3, 2019, setting a siren period of 60 months, monthly siren amount of 37,000 won, and received the said product from the injured party in Seongbuk-gu Seoul building D around the same month.

However, the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay the rental fee normally due to the absence of any particular property or income, such as the Defendant, from the beginning, was thought to prepare money by disposing of the said product to another person, and failed to repay the loan in an absence of occupation.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim and acquired the above product from the victim with the delivery of the above product amounting to KRW 220,000 from the market price.
