Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is the real estate developer, who is the representative director of the D Co., Ltd. in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C 1607-1, and the Defendant conspired to receive money from the victim G for the purpose of business fund, street funds, etc. from the victim G at will.
The Defendant, along with E on November 2005, carried out the implementation project at H and Sinsi I, G, Sinsi, I, at the above victim’s high school dong site in the above victim’s office building site around 2005.
