Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2013, at around 03:10 on January 21, 2013, the Defendant walked to female f'F of the building E of the building in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and caused the victim's horse fighting with the victim. C, D, and the Defendant used the victim's emergency stairs of the same floor, and caused the victim to be injured for 21 days for treatment, such as leaving the face and the bones of the body, using the same straw and the hair.

As a result, C, D, and the Defendant inflicted injury upon the victim jointly.
