A shall serve as the head of the business department in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building C and (State) B located in 204, and manage the export and import business, and D shall be an employee of G who performs container extraction work in the Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Construction Bank, and Defendant B is a corporation that engages in cargo transport brokerage business in Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu and 204.

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and D;

(a) Where it is intended to import goods in violation of the Customs Act, the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of a customs office

In this regard, I, working in the trading company of H in China, as well as nameless shippers in Korea, has gathered to import counterfeit goods into Korea. On January 2014, when exporting goods from China to Incheon port, he/she contained in three boxes (number 3,870,696) without reporting in the cargo list as shown in the attached list I of the crime list I, but without reporting the forged goods (cost 3,870,696) equivalent to 285 points, as shown in the attached list I, was put in three boxes (number J). After arrival in Incheon on January 25, 2014, the container stored in the above counterfeit goods was brought in a bonded warehouse of the Jung-gu Incheon E-gu Incheon E-gu Incheon Bank of Korea.

On January 25, 2014, I asked Defendant A to request the Republic of Korea to import 3 stuffs not reported on the cargo list, among the goods contained in the above container, from Korea. On the same day, Defendant A again notified D of the above container number by telephone, and requested D to take off 3 stuffs not reported on the cargo list, and D to request D to take off the above 3 stuffs which were not reported on the cargo list. After consenting to this, D sent a letter of request, stating that D would take off the cargo from the customs office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's 3 stuffs' office's office's office's office's office'.
