Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C (here, 1970s) were in a relationship from September 2014 to their relationship.

1. Injury;

A. From around 13:00 to around 15:00 on September 26, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime of September 26, 2014, at around 13:00 to around 15:0, the Defendant laid down a closed frame of the bones of a single flaps, other than the flab, the first flab of the flab, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment for the victim, on the ground that the Defendant was in dialogueed with the victim, and was in talked with the victim.

From around 15:00 to around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant continued to take ten times the head and face of the victim 14:0 on the ground that the victim did not answer. However, during the above period from around 15:00 to 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant told the victim to the effect that “I am out of the clothes, I am off the clothes, or I am off the clothes.” However, the victim took three times the head of the victim’s drinking on the ground that the victim did not answer.

On March 22, 2016, the Defendant, at around 12:00 on March 22, 2016, expressed the Defendant’s desire at the Defendant’s house located in Gyeongnam-gun F on the ground that the victim would make a horse-to-face at the Defendant’s house, and took a bath once, once the head was taken 4 times with the floor of hand, four times with the son’s hand, and one time with the son’s hand, etc., and then taken three times with the left part and the son’s son’s son’s son’s son, two times with the two son’s son’s son.
