[Basic Facts and public recruitments] Defendant A is a person who had worked as a joint owner of the said J from February 2016 to May 2017 as the head of the said J (K), and as the head of the Labor Relations Commission from April 2016 to May 2017, 201; Defendant B is a person who had worked as the joint owner of the said JJ from March 2016 to May 2017; Defendant B is a person who had worked as the head of the said JJ’s office or joint owner of the said work from April 2016 to May 2017; Defendant D from April 201 to April 201, 2017 to March 25, 2016 to July 2015; Defendant D is a person who jointly worked as Defendant 1’s head of the said JJ’s office; Defendant 20 to May 25, 2017 to 205, respectively.

During each working period, the Defendants shared the roles of the business owner or the office of the above sexual traffic brokerage establishments, and recruited approximately KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000,000 to be paid from the female sexual buyers who reported the advertisement in question and arranged to arrange sexual traffic with the female sexual buyers who had employed in advance, and as a result, to acquire KRW 50,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

Defendants A, B, D, E, F, and G’s joint criminal acts in collusion with M, N, Defendant A, and Defendant B, along with M, shall have the office of the office of the Japanese-dong Ptel in Gyeonggi-gu and the same Gu Qtel from April 2016 to May 8, 2017, with the office of the “J” during the Gyeonggi-si Ptel in Gyeonggi-gu and the same Gu Qtel, set up a place where the above 7 units of the Ptel are leased and provide them for the brokerage of sexual traffic, and then, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant F, with the condition that KRW 100,000 per day are paid.
