Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to construct a building, alter the purpose of use, install a structure, change the form and quality of land, etc. in a zone subject to development restriction shall obtain permission from the competent authority;

Nevertheless, on March 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, laid down concrete with a size of 150 square meters in Nam-si, Namyang-si, which is a zone subject to the restriction of development, and changed the form and quality of land.

2. The Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority on March 29, 2016, did not comply with a corrective order, even though he/she was issued a corrective order, which was discovered around March 16, 2016 as the Defendant discovered around around around March 16, 2016 that he/she changed the form and quality of the land by building concrete on the land specified in paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent administrative agency on April 2, 2001, constructed a container residential facility with a size of 154 square meters and a multi-use residential facility with a size of 50 square meters, a residential facility with a size of 20 square meters, a warehouse with a size of 50 square meters, a storage with a size of 18 square meters, and a non-forest facility with a size of 18 square meters on or around April 13, 201, and failed to comply with a corrective order even after being issued on May 2, 201.
