Punishment of the crime

B. On June 22, 2017, around 05:30 on June 22, 2017, the Defendant purchased tobacco and foodstuffs at the victim LA at Pyeongtaek-si’s J convenience store, and presented the f,300 won of the price to the victim as if he were duly entitled to use the F’s cream card, as described in paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant used the above cream card lost by F, and by deceiving the victim L, thereby acquiring the financial benefits equivalent to 6,300 won.
